Question of The Day:

With the Fed making an announcement this afternoon, is it going to be based on what they do OR on what they say?

Food for thought:
If the Fed, on one hand, does nothing, the market will react negative.
On the other hand, if they announce a dramatic plan, then they will signal that the economy is in much worse shape than anticipated.
